BETTING TAX ACT 2018 - SECT 67

67 Particular references to financial year

This Act applies in relation to the transitional period as if—

(a) a reference in a provision of this Act, other than this section, to a financial year were a reference to the transitional period; and

(b) a reference in a provision of this Act, other than this section, to 1 July in a financial year were a reference to 1 October 2018.
