159 Amendment of s 311 (Exceptions to requirement for disclosure)

Section 311(1)(c)—
insert—

(ix) a trustee within the meaning of the Bankruptcy Act 1966 (Cwlth) , section 5(1), definition
"the trustee" , paragraphs (a) to (c);
