Queensland Numbered Acts Queensland Numbered Acts(1) If there is a change in the criminal history of a person engaged by the department, the person must immediately disclose to the chief executive the details of the change.
(2) For a person who does not have a criminal history, there is taken to be a change in the person's criminal history if the person acquires a criminal history.
