COMMUNITY SERVICES INDUSTRY (PORTABLE LONG SERVICE LEAVE) ACT 2020 - SECT 91

91 Purpose

The purpose of this part is to provide for the review of, and appeals from, the following decisions (each an
"original decision" )—

(a) a decision made by the authority in relation to—

(i) a matter for which this Act provides an application can be made; or

(ii) a levy or levy amount;

(b) an entry in the register of workers made by the authority;

(c) an entry in the register of employers made by the authority;

(d) a notice or an information notice given by the authority.
