CHILD SAFE ORGANISATIONS ACT 2024 - SECT 51
Disclosure of findings of reportable conduct to chief executive (working with children)
51 Disclosure of findings of reportable conduct to chief executive (working
with children)
(1) This section applies if the commission makes a finding, or becomes aware
that a finding has been made, that an individual has engaged in reportable
conduct.
(2) The commission must notify the chief executive (working with
children) of the following matters— (a) the name and date of birth, if
known, of the individual;
(b) that the finding has been made;
(c) the
reasons for the finding;
(d) the action that is to be taken in response to
the finding;
(e) any other matter relating to the finding that may be
relevant to the performance of the functions of the chief executive (working
with children) under the Working with Children Check Act 2000 .
(3) In this
section—
"chief executive (working with children)" means the chief executive of the
department in which the Working with Children Check Act 2000 is administered.
