10 Replacement of s 217A (Parole Board not public sector entity)

Section 217A —
omit, insert—

217A Nature of entity The parole board—

(a) does not control funds (and is consequently not a statutory body within the meaning of the Statutory Bodies Financial Arrangements Act 1982 or the Financial Accountability Act 2009 ); and

(b) is not a public sector entity for the Public Sector Act 2022 , section 8(2)(s).
