Queensland Numbered Acts Queensland Numbered ActsA police officer may take a person into custody if, while conducting an investigation under section 100, the police officer reasonably suspects that the person has committed domestic violence and—
(a) another person is in danger of personal injury by the person; or
(b) property is in danger of being damaged by the person.
