Queensland Numbered Acts Queensland Numbered Acts(1) This section applies to an application to register an interstate order under section 40 of the repealed Act if, on the commencement, the application had not been finally dealt with.
(2) The application is taken to be an application for the registration of the order under section 170 of this Act.
