Queensland Numbered Acts Queensland Numbered Acts(1) This section applies to an application for the revocation of a domestic violence order under section 51 of the repealed Act if, on the commencement, the application had not been finally dealt with.
(2) The application is taken to be an application, under section 86 of this Act, for a variation of the order by stating an earlier date on which the order ends.
