Queensland Numbered Acts Queensland Numbered Acts(1) This section applies to an application for a temporary protection order under section 54 of the repealed Act if, on the commencement, the application had not been finally dealt with.
(2) The application is taken to be an application for a temporary protection order under section 129 of this Act.
