DOMESTIC AND FAMILY VIOLENCE PROTECTION ACT 2012 No. 5 - SECT 227

(1) Schedule 6, definitions associated domestic violence, domestic violence and domestic violence order—

omit, insert—

'associated domestic violence see the Domestic and Family Violence Protection Act 2012, section 9.

domestic violence see the Domestic and Family Violence Protection Act 2012, section 8.

domestic violence order see the Domestic and Family Violence Protection Act 2012, section 23(2).'.

(2) Schedule 6, definition enforcement act—

insert—

'(la) the detention of a person under the Domestic and Family Violence Protection Act 2012, part 4, division 3;'

(3) Schedule 6, definition interstate domestic violence order, 'Domestic and Family Violence Protection Act 1989'—

omit, insert—

'Domestic and Family Violence Protection Act 2012'.
