DOMESTIC AND FAMILY VIOLENCE PROTECTION ACT 2012 No. 5 - SECT 30
30 What can happen if a respondent does not comply with a domestic violence order
(1) If a respondent does not comply with a domestic violence order, including
a registered interstate order, a police officer can charge the respondent with
an offence.
(2) An aggrieved, named person or anyone else can complain to a
police officer that the respondent is not complying with the order.
