DISABILITY SERVICES ACT 2006 No. 12 - SECT 143

143 Failure to help authorised officer

A person required to give reasonable help under section 142(3)(g) must comply with the requirement, unless the person has a reasonable excuse.

Maximum penalty--50 penalty units.
