Queensland Numbered Acts Queensland Numbered Acts(1) A funded non-government service provider is a non-government service provider receiving recurrent or one-off funds from the department to provide disability services.
(2) It is immaterial whether other funds or resources are also used by the non-government service provider to provide disability services.
