Queensland Numbered Acts Queensland Numbered Acts(1) This division sets out the principles that service providers are encouraged to apply and promote in the development and implementation of services for people with a disability.
(2) For subsection (1), the application and promotion of the principles is encouraged to the extent they reasonably apply to a service provider.
