EDUCATION AND OTHER LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 2014 No. 62 - SECT 2

(1) The following provisions commence on a day to be fixed by proclamation—

* part 2, division 3

* part 4

* part 5, division 3.

(2) Part 7A is taken to have commenced on 1 December 2013.
