37 Amendment of sch 5 (Dictionary)

Schedule 5—
insert—

"related group entity" means an entity that is—

(a) a related body corporate, of a State electricity entity, within the meaning of the Corporations Act, section 50 ; or

(b) a subsidiary of a GOC that is a related body corporate mentioned in paragraph (a).
