(1) Section 116 (b) , ‘in an electoral district’—
omit.

(2) Section 116 (c) —
omit.

(3) Section 116 (d) , after ‘ section 119 ’—
insert—
or 123B

(4) Section 116 (d) and (e) —
renumber as section 116 (c) and (d) .
