ELECTRONIC CONVEYANCING NATIONAL LAW (QUEENSLAND) ACT 2013 No. 17 - SECT 31

31 Amendment of s 9A (Land title practice manual)

(1) Section 9A(5), 'subsection (4)'—

omit, insert—

'subsection (5)'.

(2) Section 9A(4) and (5)—

renumber as section 9A(5) and (6).

(3) Section 9A—

insert—

'(4) The manual may provide for the registrar's approval of the form of an electronic conveyancing document for the Electronic Conveyancing National Law (Queensland), section 7(1)(a).'.
