ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT ACT 2012 No. 43 - SECT 116

116 Application of special rate or charge

(1) A special rate or charge collected for a particular service, facility or activity must be used for that purpose.

(2) However, the special rate or charge need not be held in trust.
