ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT ACT 2012 No. 43 - SECT 165

165 Giving MEDQ a false or misleading document

A person must not, in relation to the performance of MEDQ's functions, give MEDQ a document containing information the person knows is false or misleading in a material particular.

Maximum penalty—1665 penalty units.
