122 Amendment of schedule (Dictionary)

Schedule, definitions
"development approval" and
"planning scheme" —
omit, insert—

"development approval" means—

(a) a development approval under the Planning Act ; or

(b) a PDA development approval under the Economic Development Act 2012 .

(a) for sections 8 and 10—

(i) in relation to land that is in a priority development area under the Economic Development Act 2012 —the relevant development instrument under that Act for the area; or

(ii) otherwise—a planning scheme under the Planning Act ; or

(b) for sections 33 and 96—

(i) in relation to land that is in, or is PDA-associated land for, a priority development area under the Economic Development Act 2012 —the relevant development instrument under that Act for the area; or

(ii) a planning scheme under the Planning Act .
