218 Amendment of s 9 (Town planning provisions)

(1) Section 9 (3) , from ‘a zone’ to ‘the zone’—
omit, insert—
a part of a zone of the site for an approved use for the part

(2) Section 9 (4) , from ‘a zone’ to ‘the zone’—
omit, insert—
a part of a zone of the site for a use that is not an approved use for the part
