57 Amendment of s 88 (PDA development conditions)

(1) Section 88 —
insert—

(ba) require compliance with an infrastructure agreement that relates to the relevant land; or

(2) Section 88 (ba) to (d) —
renumber as section 88 (c) to (e) .
