(2) Section 540A (1) (c) —
insert—

(vi) recognised accreditation programs for agricultural ERAs;

(vii) suspended or cancelled recognition of accreditation programs for agricultural ERAs;

(3) Section 540A (1) (c) to (g) —
renumber as section 540A (1) (b) to (f) .
