Queensland Numbered Acts Queensland Numbered Acts(1) The authority must prepare, approve and give the Minister a written report about the performance of its functions at quarterly intervals or other more frequent intervals as directed by the Minister.
(2) Without limiting subsection (1), the report must address the following matters in relation to the Gold Coast waterways—
(a) projects relating to improving and maintaining navigational access to Gold Coast waters and developing and improving public marine facilities and the progress of the projects;
(b) waterways management activities;
(c) revenue and expenditure.
