GOVERNMENT OWNED CORPORATIONS AMENDMENT ACT 2007 No. 10 - SECT 38

38 Amendment of s 90 (Memorandum and articles of company GOC and its subsidiaries must not be inconsistent with Act or Corporations Law)

(1) Section 90, heading--

omit, insert--

(2) Section 90(1), 'memorandum and articles'--

omit, insert--

'constitutions'.

(3) Section 90(2) to (4), 'memorandum and articles'--

omit, insert--

'constitution'.

(4) Section 90(1), (2) and (4), 'Corporations Law'--

omit, insert--
