HEALTH LEGISLATION (HEALTH PRACTITIONER REGULATION NATIONAL LAW) AMENDMENT ACT 2012 No. 10 - SECT 16

Schedule 2, definition registered health practitioner, paragraphs (a)(iii) and (iv) and (b)—

omit, insert—

'(iii) the occupational therapy profession;

(iv) the physiotherapy profession;

(v) the psychology profession; or

(b) a person registered under the Speech Pathologists Registration Act 2001.'.
