2 Commencement

The following provisions commence on a day to be fixed by proclamation—

(a) sections 3 to 6 ;

(b) parts 2 to 5 ;

(c) part 6 , other than division 4 , subdivisions 1 and 2 ;

(d) schedules 1 and 2 .
