HEALTH TRANSPARENCY ACT 2019 - SECT 20

20 Failure to provide information

A person who is given a notice by the chief executive under section 17 or 18 must comply with the notice, unless the person has a reasonable excuse.

Penalty—

Maximum penalty—100 penalty units.
