75 Insertion of new s 228BA

After section 228B —
insert—

228BA Disclosure for purpose of Health Transparency Act 2019 Section 220(1) does not apply if the disclosure of the confidential information by a relevant person is to any of the following persons who is performing a function under, or relating to the administration of, the Health Transparency Act 2019 —

(a) the chief executive;

(b) an employee of the department;

(c) a contractor who is contracted to provide information and communication technology or information management services to the department.
