HEAVY VEHICLE NATIONAL LAW AMENDMENT ACT 2013 No. 4 - SECT 44

(1) A Commonwealth Gazette notice for a registration exemption under this Subdivision must state the following—

(a) the category of heavy vehicles to which the exemption applies;

(b) the conditions of the exemption;

(c) the period for which the exemption applies.

(2) The Regulator must publish a copy of the Commonwealth Gazette notice on the Regulator's website.
