59 Amendment of s 218 (Appeals by other persons)

Section 218--

insert--

'(1) Within 28 days after receiving a notice under section 132AA(4)(b), a person may may apply to the Commercial and Consumer Tribunal for a review of the decision under section 132AA(4)(a).'.
