13 Amendment of s 103G (Authority of extended hours permit)

(1) Section 103G, from ‘at the time’ to ‘in the permit’—
omit.

(2) Section 103G—
insert—

(2) The permit authorises the sale of liquor—

(a) during a stated time on a stated day; and

(b) in the licensed premises or a stated part of the licensed premises; and

(c) subject to any stated conditions.
