Queensland Numbered Acts Queensland Numbered Acts(1) An owner of land may apply to the valuer-general to declare the land to be rural land (a rural land application).

(2) Also, if the owner has already made a rural land application, the owner can make another only if--
(a) there has been a material change of use under the Planning Act for the land; or
(b) a development approval is granted for the land.
