(3) Section 176 (10) , definition relevant offence , before paragraph (a) —
insert—

(aa) an offence mentioned in section 175A(1);

(4) Section 176 (10) , definition relevant offence , paragraph (b) —
omit.

(5) Section 176 (10) , definition relevant offence , paragraphs (aa) and (a) —
renumber as paragraphs (a) and (b) .

(6) Section 176 (9) and (10) —
renumber as section 176 (6) and (7) .
