Queensland Numbered Acts Queensland Numbered Acts(1) Section 9(1) applies to a relevant development application mentioned in section 7(1)(b) or (c) as if a reference to '20 business days after making the application' were replaced by '20 business days after the commencement of this section'.
(2) Section 9(3) and (4) does not apply to a relevant development application mentioned in section 7(1)(c).
