Queensland Numbered Acts Queensland Numbered Acts(1) A chief executive may, under a part 6 directive, enter into an arrangement with another chief executive, or an entity prescribed under a regulation, in relation to a matter under this division.
(2) The chief executive may delegate his or her powers under this division to a person under the arrangement.
