Queensland Numbered Acts Queensland Numbered Acts(1) A delegation by a chief executive in force under the repealed Public Service Act immediately before the changeover day continues in force despite the repeal of that Act.
(2) If the delegation was for a matter under the repealed Public Service Act, it continues in force as if the delegation had been made under this Act for that matter.
