Queensland Numbered Acts Queensland Numbered Acts(1) This section applies if the Minister is satisfied more public service employees are employed in a department than it needs for the effective, efficient and appropriate performance of its functions.
(2) The Minister may direct the department's chief executive to take action in accordance with relevant rulings of the commission chief executive.
