RIGHT TO INFORMATION ACT 2009 No. 13 - SECT 178

A person given notice under section 103 to--

(a) give information; or

(b) produce a document; or

(c) attend before the information commissioner;

must not, without reasonable excuse, fail to do so.

Maximum penalty--100 penalty units.
