Queensland Numbered Acts Queensland Numbered Acts(1) Without limiting section 4, this Act does not affect the provisions of the Public Records Act 2002 relating to the giving of access to documents by the Queensland State Archives.
(2) Without limiting section 6, the Public Records Act 2002 does not prevent a person being given access to a document in the custody of Queensland State Archives to which a person may be given access under this Act.
