31 Amendment of sch 2 (Dictionary)

(1) Schedule 2 , definitions
"application transfer" , first mention,

omit.

(2) Schedule 2 —
insert—

"mineral (f) development licence" means a mineral development licence for mineral (f), whether or not the licence is also for other minerals.

"rehabilitation activities" —

(a) for chapter 12, part 4A—see section 334ZJE (2) ; or

(b) for chapter 13, part 4—see section 344 .
