SURAT BASIN RAIL (INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOPMENT AND MANAGEMENT) ACT 2012 No. 32 - SECT 7

Surat Basin rail corridor land means land that is—

(a) within the area declared as the Surat Basin Infrastructure Corridor State Development Area under the State Development and Public Works Organisation Act 1971; and

(b) owned by the Coordinator-General; and

(c) prescribed under a regulation to be Surat Basin rail corridor land.
