STATE EMERGENCY SERVICE ACT 2024 - SECT 19

19 SES volunteers

(1) An SES member appointed under section 16 may perform an SES function as a volunteer.

(2) An SES member who performs an SES function as a volunteer under subsection (1) is an
"SES volunteer" .
