STATE EMERGENCY SERVICE ACT 2024 - SECT 8

8 Membership

(1) The SES consists of the following persons—

(a) the SES chief officer;

(b) SES employees;

(c) SES volunteers.

(2) A person mentioned in subsection (1) (a) , (b) or (c) is an
"SES member" .
