7 Replacement of s 111 (Minister's directions in entities' annual report)

Section 111--

omit, insert--

'The commissioner must include in each annual report prepared by the commissioner under the Financial Administration and Audit Act 1977, section 46J,1 a report of any direction given to the commissioner by the Minister during the financial year for which the report is prepared.'.
