Queensland Numbered Acts Queensland Numbered Acts(1) The functions of a regional planning committee for a region that is not a designated region are the functions stated in the committee's terms of reference.
(2) The function of a designated region's regional planning committee is to advise the regional planning Minister for the region about the development and implementation of the region's regional plan.
