SUSTAINABLE PLANNING ACT 2009 No. 36 - SECT 435

435 Continuance of Planning and Environment Court

(1) The Planning and Environment Court, continued in existence under repealed IPA, section 4.1.1, is continued in existence under this Act.

(2) The court is a court of record.

(3) The court has a seal that must be judicially noticed.
