Queensland Numbered Acts Queensland Numbered Acts(1) A local government must publish on its website the following information about each development application made to the local government as assessment manager--
(a) the day the application was made;
(b) the applicant's name and address;
(c) a property description that identifies the premises or the location of the premises to which the application relates;
(d) a description of the proposed development;
(e) whether the application requires code or impact assessment, or both code and impact assessment;
(f) whether public notification of the application is required.
(2) The local government must keep the information on its website from when the local government receives the application until--
(a) the application is withdrawn or lapses; or
(b) if paragraph (a) does not apply--the end of the last period during which an appeal may be made against a decision on the application.
(3) Subsection (1) does not apply to information mentioned in the subsection to the extent the local government is reasonably satisfied the information contains sensitive security information.
